Romerike Avfallsforedling IKS (ROAF)

The acquisition is mainly for asphalt spreading at the RoAF Environmental Park located at Skedsmokorset.
The assignment will consist of the maintenance of the existing facilities and infrastructure, and new preparations. The works will among other things include asphalt spreading of access roads, parking areas, areas adjacent to the recycling stations and the sorting facility that are currently under construction.
The works include asphalt spreading / surface, rolling / levelling, improvement and reconditioning of the road surface and base, removal of loose masses, cutting, trimming, setting of curbstone, as well as various roadwork warnings/signage, etc.
The supplier must be able to perform the asphalt spreading works at different times of day. The traffic and visitors situation will determine when the works can be performed and so that the least amount of possible inconvenience to the daily transport and operation will be affected. The supplier must, if it is agreed, to perform work outside of normal working hours.
