Architectural services new Harestad school

Randaberg Kommune

Harestad school is located in the city centre of Randaberg and is Rogaland's largest primary school with over 700 students. The school is a combined primary and secondary school.
It shall now be built a new school to replace the existing Harestad school. A new school will be adopted in two construction stages;
-1st construction stage: 6-parallel lower secondary levels inclusive a culture scene, shall be completed in 2016.
-2nd construction stage: 4-parallel primary levels, date of construction has not yet been determined.
The assignment initially applies for preparing the sketch projects for both construction stages for the new Harestad school.
Further, an option is available for the Awarding Authority to continue its commitment to completely or partially cover the pilot project, detailed project and monitoring the progress for the 1st to 2nd construction stages.
More specific terms related to the work tasks and work scope will be done in conjunction with the contracting of the assignment.
