Architectural services for Krokstad nursing home

Nedre Eiker kommune

Nedre Eiker municipality, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall procurement architectural services in relation to construction of a nursing home located in the municipality. A draft project with option for all stages shall be prepared. The project is for a new nursing home on a vacant site with an area of approx. 25 decare in Krokstadelva, land No/title No 38/259.
In accordance with the prevailing schedule, the nursing home shall be constructed in 2 stages. The project included in this notice involves first phase/construction stage that shall include 100 nursing home places plus remaining functions determined during the draft project works. The Awarding Authority uses Visma TendSign in this tender procedure.
