The municipal council of Voss has decided to build a new nursery for 120 placements. The new nursery shall replace the Lundehaugen nursery.
The municipality of Voss as the builder requests to establish an agreement with an architect and a engineering design group for the building and the technical trades. The company must in addition to the architectural services, cover the interior, acoustics and fire engineering, or enter into agreements for the supplying of the necessary expertise.
The engineering design group must cover RIB, RIE, RIV-energy and environmental engineering.
If the company does not cover all of the subjects, they must enter into a cooperation agreement with another company to cover the necessary subjects. It is a precondition that the builder is included with the engineering agreement with the company that shall have the engineering leader.
