The assignment applies for all of the Statens vegvesen offices in Nordland, Troms and Finnmark. There will be a few exceptions where the cleaning services is integrated into the lease agreement with the building owner. These are not a part of the competition.
The Awarding Authority requests bids for the delivery of cleaning services in accordance with the description in the tender documents.

The supplier shall refer to and attach a list of relevant projects for the last 3 years.

IF the supplier is using a subcontractor the same conditions apply.

Bidders shall have a good financial solidity and capacity to undertake the contractual obligations.

Bidders must be accredited as a cleaning business.

The supplier shall be able to demonstrate reference assignments from similar assignments.
