Administration of cars with leasing of cars, framework agreement

The objective of the tender contest is to enter into an agreement regarding car administration including operating leasing of cars. The estimated annual value of the contract is 30 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT.
The value is an estimate based on statistics and accounting figures for procurements of equivalent services for the same group of investors for previous years, as well as future budget. The value must therefore be considered as an estimate, only and not binding for the Awarding Authority. See point 2a in the requirement specifications for further information. The tenderer shall complete the attached price form and its price boxes. The prices shall be excluding VAT but shall include the tenderer's remaining costs (fees, delivery, implementation, administration fee/costs in relation to raising loans, travel expenses, freight charges, remuneration and other cost raising elements).
The tenderer shall answer questions in the answer boxes made by the Awarding Authority. Replies referring to annexes, only, will be given the rating zero. If annexes are used, it shall be references to diagrams, tables, CVs, lists, drafts or equivalent information not easily described by text.

It is recommended that the tender is submitted well before the deadline for receipt of tenders If there is additional information from the awarding authority which leads to changing the tender before the deadline expires, the tenderer can go in and open the tender and make any changes and send it in again right up until the deadline. The last received tender is considered as the final one
