Oslo kommune v/ Bymiljøetaten
The municipality of Oslo shall acquisition impound services for the towing of illegally parked vehicles on public and private streets in the municipality of Oslo. The acquisition includes both registered and unregistered vehicles.

Documentation requirements:
- Norwegian companies: Certificate of registration.
- Foreign companies: Substantiate that the company is registered in the trade index or the Register of Business Enterprises as required in the legislation where the supplier is established.
- Tax certificate(tax certificate for taxes is issued of Director of the Tax Collection Office/chief municipal treasurer (form RF-1244))not older than 6 months.
- VAT registration certificate (certificate for received value added tax is issued of tax collector (form RF-1244)) not older than 6 months.
- Foreign companies shall present tax certificates from equivalent authorities as the Norwegian.
- The supplier shall fulfil statutory requirements in Norway with health, environment and safety requirements.
- The supplier shall be a legally established company.
- The supplier shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of taxes and VAT.
- The supplier shall fulfil statutory requirements in Norway with health, environment and safety requirements (HSE).

- The company's 2 most recent annual accounts including financial statements from the 2 latest available financial yeara and the auditor's reponse.
- The Awarding Authority reserves the right to obtain its own credit rating.
The supplier shall have sufficient financial capacity to implement the assignment/meet the contractual obligations.

- A brief description of the organisation.
- Overview of the company's manpower and the CV's of the general manager and the supervisors that the supplier have at one's disposal for the implementation of the contract.
- Account of the tow trucks, materials or any equipment that the supplier has the disposal of over for the implementation of the contract.
- Overview over assignments with a similar character that the supplier has performed in the last 3 years including a statementof the assignments value, timeframe and the name of the client.
- A description of practices for quality assurance.
- Good implementation ability is required.
- Good experience from corresponding assignments is required.
- A good and efficient quality assurance system for the requested services is required.
