Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The agreement shall have a duration of 2 years from the contract signing. The Awarding Authority (client) has an option to extend the contract for an additional 1 + 1 year(s).

It is required that the supplier is a legally established company.

Documentation requirement:

- Norwegian suppliers: Company registration certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre.

- Foreign suppliers: certificate of registration in the company register as prescribed by the law of the country where the supplier is established.

Requirements:

Suppliers are required to have sufficient financial capacity to carry-out the contract.

It is required that a rating of "good creditworthiness" or better.

Documentation requirement:

The Awarding Authority shall obtain a credit rating themselves through Experian, refer to: www.experian.no

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Regarding the implementation capacity:

The description of the supplier's capacity and professional qualifications.

In regards to the capacity, the supplier is requested to submit an organizational chart with a description of the relevant units within the supplier.

In regards to the professional qualifications, the supplier is requested to submit an overview of the relevant general competence of the supplier. It is not requested that information about the employees that shall be provided are to be included and there shall not be submitted CV's.

In regards to relevant experience:

The supplier's principal deliveries from the last 3 years, including a description of the assignment, the values, timeframes and clients.

Appendix 2 shall be used when answering this requirement.

Good Implementation capacity is required.

Relevant experience from similar deliveries is required.
