Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).

(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement):

- The supplier shall have settled conditions with regards to tax and VAT payments;

- The supplier shall deliver a personal statement of Safety, Health and Environment;

- The supplier shall be a legally established business.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

- The company's 2 most recent annual accounts including any notes, the board's annual statement and the auditor's statement, including any new information that could be considered to be relevant in relation to the company's accounting figures.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

- The supplier shall have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment / contract.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

- An account of the quality assurance / control system. If the supplier is certified by an approved third-party system, the certificate must be attached. Accompanied by a copy of the product certificate issued by official institutions or agencies for quality inspection of quality control;

- An account of the company's environmental management system / environmental policy. If the supplier is certified by an approved third-party system, the certificate must be attached;

- A reference list It shall be included with an overview of equivalent deliveries. The list shall include the names of the client, the volume and the time period for the delivery.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

- A good and efficient quality assurance system for the delivered products is required;

- A good and well-functioning environmental management system is required;

- Good experience with similar assignments is required.
