Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement)
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)
- The tenderer shall be a legally established company.
- The tenderer shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of taxes and VAT.
- The tenderer shall comply with statutory Norwegian requirements regarding Health, Safety and Environment (HSE).

— The company's most annual accounts for the previous 3 years, including notes, the board's and auditor's reports as well as recent information with relevance to the company's accounting figures.
— The credit appraisal shall not be older than 1 year and shall be based on the most recent known accounting figures.
— The tenderer shall have sufficient financial capacity to implement the assignment/comply with the contractual obligations.
— Good solidity/creditworthiness.

— Technical description in Norwegian and photographs of the offered products.
— Copy of product certificate issued by official institutes or bodies for quality control.
— A description of established quality assurance system which enables systematic follow-up of the works related to comply with ILO's core conventions downwards in the chain of suppliers/production process.
— Traceability in the chain of suppliers:
A description of the chain of suppliers/chains of suppliers for this procurement. (The description shall as a minimum contain information of the participants in the tenderer's chain of supplier in relation to this procurement and specifically for the chain where the production of main components are done. This may e.g. be a supplier chain chart which describes the participants in the supplier chain and their country of origin).

— Documentation of the principal deliveries/services for the previous 3 years.
The tender shall contain information if sub-suppliers are expected to be engaged and necessary documentation also applies for them.
— It is required that the tenderer can provide service for the equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
— The requirements in annex1 - Requirement specifications - shall be fulfilled.
— It is required that the tenderer has a quality assurance system which ensures that the tenderer is capable of comply with the contractual obligations regarding ethical requirements.
— This means that the tenderer must have established methods for quality assurance which enables following up compliance with ILO's core conventions (ILO convention no. 138 and no.182 (the child labour conventions), no. 29 and no. 105 (forced labour/ slave work conventions), no. 100 and no. 111 (the discrimination conventions) and no. 87 and no. 98 (Freedom of Association and Protection of the Right to Organise and Collective Bargaining Conventions).
