The prison is divided into two sections - Section A (Botsfengselet) and Section B (formerly Oslo Kretsfengsel / Bayern). Oslo Prison Department A (Botsfengselet) was built during 1845 to 1851. Central heat was installed in approx. 1890. The original Botsfengselet got an extension, around 1930 which was called the D-wing. Oslo Prison Department A, is administratively listed on Cultural Heritage Management Office on the Oslo yellow list and proposed protected in the land conservation plan for the Ministry of Justice and Police. Until regulatory protection is processed by the Directorate it shall be treated as protected. Each of the companies in the group will give a presentation of a maximum of five reference projects with the transfer value. Limited to one A4 page per. Project. Here, the following shall be stated:
— The project name, contract type, complexity and size in m².
— Official Name.
— Construction Cost excluding VAT.
— The company's own contract, excluding VAT
— The firm's role and responsibilities in the project, including the project design phase / build phase they have completed.
— The project's conservation status and type of building.
— Timing of completion / phase project is in.
— The firm that performs PGK shall also state which subjects it was coordinated between.
— Overview of the workforce with relevant skills of providers, for both ARK, RIB and PGK.

For companies offering ARK and RIB are required to have good experience in the design of projects of relevant size and complexity, including experience in the rehabilitation of historic buildings.
PGK (firm) should have good experience in the design of rehabilitation of relevant size and complexity.
It requires sufficient capacity to carry out the mission, including the necessary backup.
