4x4 Pickup patrol car, delivery van and passenger car

The Awarding Authority shall enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of 4x4 Pickup patrol cars, delivery vans and passenger cars. The vehicles shall be used for a workplace by patrolling and emergency police operational services. The vehicles shall be delivered in accordance with the Vehicle Regulations, in accordance to the Awarding Authority's specification requirements and the vehicles shall be uniformed and registered as emergency response vehicles.
The vehicles will largely be heavily loaded, with the use of a trailer loaded with for example 2 units ATV or 2 units snowmobiles. The vehicles shall be used for driving on both the road and in terrain. The strain of the vehicles shall be considerably larger than with normal civilian use. The vehicles must be robust and able to withstand larger loads and weights as these emergency vehicles are subjected to. It is expected that the vehicles should withstand this burden over time.

(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts);

1 The tenderer must document this by attaching a list of these workshops/service centers locations.
2 The tenderer shall describe the procedures / routines for its deviation and claims processing.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1. The tenderer shall have approved workshops / service centers for the offered car brands, located in close proximity to the Reindeer husbandry Police's locations (Reinpolitiet) located in the Vest-Finnmark and Øst-Finnmark Police districts (Alta, Kautokeino, Storslett, Karasjok, Tana, Kirkenes, Lakselv and Hammerfest). With close proximity means a maximum of a 200 km drive.
