In accordance with “Law regarding the supervision of electrical installations” (the Electrical Installations Inspection Law), the Awarding Authority is ordered to conduct inspections of installations similar to those situated at Oset.
The Electrical Installations Inspection Law enables the Awarding Authority to procure services which ensure compliance with the law's requirements related to operation of the system.
In addition to operational responsibility related to the high voltage system, the tenderer shall also be responsible for maintenance. The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into an agreement with a supplier who is able to undertake responsibility for operation and maintenance of the high voltage plant.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The contract period is two years from contract signing. Option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with further two years on equivalent terms.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).

(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

The tenderer shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of taxes and VAT.

The tenderer shall comply with statutory Norwegian requirements related to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

(1) The company's most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures.

(2) Other documentation required (please state below).

Credit appraisal/rating, not older than three months. The appraisal/rating shall be based on the most recent accounting figures. The appraisal/rating shall be conducted by a publicly approved credit rating agency.

The tenderer shall have sufficient financial capacity to implement the assignment/comply with the contractual obligations.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts)

(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts)

(3) Other documentation required (please state below)

- A statement of the service provider's average manpower and number of employees in the administration during the previous three years.

- Information of the education and professional qualifications at the service provider's disposal and the company's administrative management, particularly for the person or people responsible for carrying out the assignment.

- Completed self-declaration form regarding compliance with statutory Norwegian security requirements.

The tenderer shall be experienced in assignments of equivalent nature, extent and complexity.

The tenderer shall have sufficient capacity and implementation ability.

The tenderer shall hold necessary approvals and permissions to carry out the assignment.
