Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

1. In addition, a tender is desired for 1 further truck delivered in 2016.

2. Modifications may be necessary to adapt the vehicle to the person who will be driving it. This will come after a test drive.

3. Protection plate for motor.

4. Tender for service agreement for at least five years (estimated mileage about 20 000 km).

5. Repair agreement for a minimum of five years.

6. Tender for workshop services (discount).

7. Tender for spare parts (discount).

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).

(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

Supplier shall have his affairs in order with regard to the payment of taxes, payroll and VAT.

For work to be performed in Norway, the supplier must fulfil Norwegian HSE requirements.

The supplier shall be reputable.

Documentation: Supplier shall confirm by declaration that the requirements in Appendix B are met.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Credit rating from an approved credit institution, such as CreditInform, Lindorff or Dun & Bradstreet or equivalent. This must show minimum "credit worthy" to be approved. Award authority reserves the right to request/obtain additional information to verify that the tenderer meets the requirement.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder: Supplier shall sufficient financial strength to fulfil the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Own business:

A brief and general description must be given of activities, including:

- Description of how the company is organized for the execution of this contract.

- Include a brief description of the overall quality assurance system supplier will apply for the execution of the contract.

Partners/subcontractors:

In case of partnership agreements and the use of subcontractors, the supplier must provide the following:

- Name, address and registration number of subcontractors.

- Description of the parts of the assignment of service contracts to be performed by a sub-contractor.

- If the supplier relies on sub-contractors to fulfil any of the eligibility requirements, adequate documentation must be given for the supplier to be able to demonstrate that the requirement is met.

- Commitment Statement, co-operation agreement or equivalent formal documentation showing that the supplier actually has control over the necessary resources from listed sub-contractors.

Testimonials from 3 similar contracts in the past 3 years. The certificates shall be signed or confirmed in writing by the award authority for the various deliverables, and shall as a minimum include:

- Short description of the contract.

- Timing of implementation.

- Scope of delivery in amount.

- Name and phone number of the reference person at the award authority.

If signed or verified certificates cannot be provided, the supplier shall provide a list of all relevant contracts with descriptions according to the above.

The Award authority shall have the option of contacting the contact persons specified.

If the procedures are described in the company's quality or environmental management system according to ISO 14001, Eco or equivalent 3 party-verified systems, it is sufficient to present a valid certificate stating where this is described.

Alternatively, the explanation of existing objectives, action plan and procedures to certify that the requirements are met.

Supplier shall have good experience in similar contracts.

Environment:

To ensure low environmental impact and good quality of service, is required that the supplier has a system for follow-up of the following conditions:

Continuous improvement of:

- The organization's expertise in environment and safety;

- Follow-up on customers' cars/driver (Fuel usage/CO2 emission spills, injuries, etc.);

- Waste management, including, hazardous waste related to cars.
