The object of this procurement is to meet the user's need for parade uniforms for the Navy in tropical climates.
These uniform items are for use by Navy personnel when they represent Norway in warmer climates abroad. On passage and on assignment to foreign service to and in warmer regions where climatic conditions require it, the Navy may have to be represented at various events and ceremonies. The articles included in the scope will be used in solemn ceremonies and similar events, and uniform quality must be appropriate. This applies to both individual uniforms and uniforms seen together, there will, therefore, be low tolerance of colour deviations from uniforms to uniform. The duration of the framework agreement will be 2 years. The Armed Forces reserves the right to unilaterally extend the framework agreement with up to 24 months.
