The University of Oslo (UiO), henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, is Norway's largest and oldest institution of higher education. The Awarding Authority has a agglomeration of buildings of ¿¿approx. 100 buildings in different locations in Oslo and in some locations just outside of Oslo. The Awarding Authority is constantly changing and there is often a need for changes and different reconstructions to different premises to facilitate the physical proportionality the best way possible for the Awarding Authority's activities. The Awarding Authority intends to enter into framework agreements with suppliers to perform the construction management in connection with the reconstructions and maintenance works.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
(1) Other documentation required (please state below).
1) Credit Rating Report or any prospective financial statements for the last 2 financial years.The above-mentioned information shall also be provided for any parent company.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1) The supplier shall have sufficient financial strength to fulfill the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(2) Other documentation required (please state below).
1) There shall be a brief and general description of the business activities, including:
- A statement of the company's business concept and core expertise related to the scope of delivery.
- An overview of the company history, organization and ownership, as well as a description of the current business activities.
- Description of how the company is organized to the implementation of this contract.
- There shall be a brief description of the overall quality assurance system that the supplier will apply for the implementation of the contract.
2) Copy of the central approbation document.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1) The supplier shall have sufficient implementation ability;
2) The supplier shall have the relevant central approval, at least in development class 2.
