The University of Oslo, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, operates and administer 460 000 m
The Awarding Authority is in constant alteration and there are frequent requirements related to adjustments and reconstruction of the premises in order to arrange the physical condition in the best possible manner.
In order to strengthen the capacity in relation to implementation of the Awarding Authority's construction project, the Awarding Authority wishes to enter into agreements with service providers who can offer project managers for reconstruction, maintenance and smaller restoration project, as well as larger contracts. The Awarding Authority shall enter into agreements with 3 service providers.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

1) Credit rating report or possibly accounts for the previous 2 fiscal years. The above listed information requirements also applies for controlling company, if any.

1) The service provider shall have sufficient financial strength to comply with contractual obligations.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(2) Other documentation required (please state below).
1) A brief and principal description of the company. This includes:
— Statement of the company's business idea and core competence in relation to the delivery,
— Overview of the company's history, organisation structure and ownership, as well as a description of the existing activities.
— Description on how the supplier is organised in connection with implementation of the contract.
— A brief description of the general quality assurance system that shall be the basis for the implementation of the assignment.
