2013/566 Waste and sanitation services, Nordland Hospital

Nordland Hospital shall enter into a contract for waste and sanitation services. This includes the services stated in the tender documents and price form as follows:
The collection of waste from containers and collection points.
Hire of suitable waste containers and containers.
Emptying or towing "self-owned" containers to reception centres for waste for emptying.
Collection of various special waste from Bodø, Gravdal and Stokmarknes.
Collection of biological waste and cytostatica from the hospitals in Bodø, Gravdal and Stokmarknes - for transport to a certified incineration plant. Sub contracts will be signed per location for NLSH Bodø, NLSH Lofoten (Gravdal) and NLSH Vesterålen (Stokmarknes) respectively with the surrounding areas.
One total service provider is expected per location. Tenderers must submit a complete tender per location.
Furthermore option prices are requested for the hire of various containers and for sludge suction services. The probability of call-offs onfor the option is %.
If a tenderer does not have an offer for these options, it is not an absolute requirement to give prices for this.
The start of the new contract is three months after the contract date, rounded up to the next month.
