Oslo and Akershus University College (HiOA), henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to engage a supplier of services for reputation surveys. Based on the Awarding Authority's strategy plan named 'Ny viten – Ny praksis. Strategi 2020 for Høgskolen i Oslo og Akershus', the Awarding Authority wishes to conduct continuous polls and surveys in order to survey the Awarding Authority's reputation related to the given objectives in the strategy plan. The Awarding Authority wishes to establish a set of polls and surveys which over time measure important interested parties' relation to the Awarding Authority. These polls and surveys shall be included in a reputation index for the Awarding Authority. The reputation index should comprises two main subject related to knowledge of the Awarding Authority and the Awarding Authority as branded goods.
The estimated contract value is between 1 000 000 and 2 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT, over a four year period. This is an estimate only and is not binding for the Awarding Authority.
The contract period is two years from contract singing. Option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with 1 year + 1 year. This means that the maximum contract period is four years. Any prolongation of the agreement must be agreed upon minimum one month prior to contract conclusion.
