The University of Oslo (the Awarding Authority) henceforth referred to as the UiO, is the largest and most traditional institution for higher education in Norway. The agglomeration of buildings includes approx. 100 buildings situated at various locations in Oslo (Blindern, Gaustad, Sentrum and Tøyen), as well as some locations outside Oslo.
UiO is subject to constant changes and requirements for alterations and reconstruction of the premises in order to facilitate the physical conditions in the best possible manner, often occur. Alterations and new procurements of marking signs both internally and externally in the premises are frequently required. This contract shall cover the requirement for production, installation and maintenance of internal and external signs.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

1. Company registration certificate.

2. Value added tax certificate (National requirement).

3. Company tax certificate (National requirement).

4. Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

Credit rating report not older than 6 months based from Dun & Bradstreet, Lindorff Decision or equivalent. If credit rating report is not available the tenderer is allowed to present accounts with auditor's report for the previous fiscal years.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer shall have sufficient implementation ability.

A brief and principal description of the company, including:

— a statement of the company's business idea and core competence in relation to the delivery.

— an overview of the company's history, organisation and ownership as well as a description of the existing business activities.

— a brief description of the overall quality assurance system the tenderer will base the implementation of the assignment.

Sub suppliers:

The tenderer shall present the following information of any sub-suppliers expected to be involved in the contract:

— names and addresses;

— extent of liability and roles in the relationship;

— the formality of the relationship.

If the tenderer chose to change sub-supplier, information of this shall be given the Awarding Authority immediately. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to reject sub-suppliers if there is justifiable basis.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The supplier shall have references from corresponding deliveries.

List of equivalent deliveries for the previous 3 years.

The list shall as a minimum contain:

- Brief description of the delivery.

- Date of implementation.

- Contract value.

- Name and telephone number of the relevant awarding authority's reference person.

The Awarding Authority shall have option to address the given contacts in order to verify the relevance of the assignments. If sub-suppliers are involved, equivalent list of references shall be presented for them as well
