2013/27-Medical and technical gas to the Counties North cooperation

On behalf of the Counties North Cooperation (abbreviated FKN), henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, Nord-Trøndelag County invites to an open tender contest for purchase of medical and technical gas, food gas, hire of gas cylinders and gas tanks.
The Awarding Authority (FKN) includes Møre og Romsdal County, Nordland County, Nord-Trøndelag County, Sør-Trøndelag County and Troms County. The tender contest involves purchase of medical and technical gas, food gas, hire of gas cylinders and gas tanks.
The objective with the procurement is to enter into framework agreements with 1 supplier for all 6 geographical areas and to ensure delivery of medical and technical gas, food gas, hire of gas cylinders and gas tanks to the Awarding Authority.
Tender conference will be held 19.04.2013 at 12:00 hours at Værnes. Registration for participation shall be sent to the Awarding Authority's contact person given in point 1.2, three days prior to the conference, at the latest. Questions, if any, are asked to be registered simultaneously with the registration for participation. The Awarding Authority uses Mercell Sourcing Service in this tender procedure. Option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the contract with 1 year + 1 year prolongation on identical conditions. Total maximum contract period is 4 years.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer shall have sufficient financial capacity to execute the assignment/comply with the contractual conditions.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The tenderer shall present documentation demonstrating financial implementation ability, e.g. credit appraisal/rating not older than 1 year. The appraisal/rating shall be based on the most recent financial figures. The rating shall be conducted by a publicly authorised credit rating agency.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer shall have experience with delivery of medical and technical gas and food gas to larger public agencies/businesses and/or private group of companies. A good and efficient quality assurance system for the requested services is required.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Copy of system certificate or list of contents from own quality assurance system.
