Oslo University (UiO) is the country's largest and most traditional institution for higher education. UiO has a building stock of around 100 buildings at different sites in Oslo together with some locations outside Oslo.
UiO is constantly changing and there is often a need for changes and modifications to the premises to create the best possible physical conditions for UiO's activities. UiO intends to enter into framework agreements with suppliers to carry out project and construction management services in connection with the rebuilding and maintenance.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement)
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement)
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling: 1) Credit Rating Report or any accounts for the last 2 financial years.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1) Supplier must have sufficient financial strength to be able to fulfil the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts)
1) A brief and general description of the company will be given, including:
- A statement of the company's business concept and core competencies related to the scope of supply.
- An overview of the company history, organization and ownership, as well as a description of current activities.
- Description of how the supplier is organized for the execution of this contract.
- A brief description shall be given of the overall quality assurance system supplier will apply to the execution of the contract.
2) Copy of central approval document.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1) Supplier shall have sufficient ability to perform the assignment
2) Supplier shall have the relevant central approval, minimum Class 2
