The University of Oslo (UiO) is the country's largest and most traditional institution for higher education. UiO has approx. 100 buildings on different sites in Oslo as well as some places outside Oslo. UiO is continually changing and there is often a need for changes and alterations of premises in order to have the best possible conditions for UiO's activities. UiO intends to enter into framework agreements with service providers that can assist UiO in the implementation of such processes. This contract shall cover consultancy services within lifts.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

1) Credit rating report or the accounts for the last 2 accounting years.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1) Service providers shall have sufficient financial strength to fufil the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(2) Other documentation required (please state below).
1) A short and general description shall be given of the company, including:
— An account of the company's business idea and core competence related to the extent in this contract.
— An overview of the company's history, organisation and ownership, as well as a description of the current company.
— A description of how the service provider is organised for carrying out this ocntract.
— A short description shall be given of the general quality assurance system that the service provider will use for the fulfilment of the contract.
2) Copy of central certification document.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1) Service providers shall have sufficient ability to fulfil the contract.
2) Service providers shall have central certification in development class 2.
