Fredrikstad Kommune

Fredrikstad and Hvaler municipalities wish to enter into an agreement with a supplier of pest control and food safety.
The pest control shall be conducted on buildings, outdoor areas, water and sewage systems, pumping stations and private houses and properties.
The agreement shall include both regular service agreements for individual locations and service agreements for individual enterprises where the assignments are spread on several locations in accordance with orders from the enterprise.
The supplier shall have professional competence and methodology to control all types of vermin. The food safety includes hygiene samples, inspections, licences and audit of Internal Control food and HACCP system

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement)

(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement)

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The tenderer shall have sufficient financial capacity to implement the assignment/comply with the contractual obligations. This shall be substantiated by presenting a credit rating from a publicly approved credit rating institution. E.g. Lindorff, D&B etc. The documentation shall be the most recent updated version. Rating with Decision Scores 1 and 2 may imply that the tenderer is not considered qualified to participate in the tender contest

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer shall have experience from equivalent assignments with deliveries to large awarding authorities. This shall be substantiated by presenting the 3 principal, relevant reference assignments for the previous 3 years. It is required extended professional competence which shall cover all the disciplines included in the agreement. This shall be substantiated by presenting names and CVs for the proposed human resources involved in implementation of the assignment.

In order to ensure that environmental requirements given in the contract are fulfilled, it is required that the tenderer has adequate, relevant environmental competence, management systems and routines for quality assurance for the requested services.

This shall be documented by presenting a statement of the tenderer's environmental control system, or reference to certification (e.g. ISO 14001:2004).

A good and efficient quality assurance system for the services included in the contract is required. This shall be documented by presenting a statement of the quality assurance system, or reference to certification (e.g. ISO 9001:2000).
