The University of Oslo (abbreviated UiO), henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, is Norway's largest and most traditional institution for higher education. The Reprosentralen (the printing central) in the Technical Department, Division Operations, is the Awarding Authority's own printing office. Presently the Reprosentral prints approx. 188 000 000 black/white prints and 2 500 000 coloured prints. The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into an agreement for hire of a high volume colour print system. The contract period is 4 years

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

1) Credit appraisal report or if possible, accounts for the previous 2 fiscal years.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1) The tenderer shall have sufficient financial strength to comply with the contractual obligations.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(2) Other documentation required (please state below).
1) A short and general description of the company shall be given, including:
- An account of the company's business idea and core competence related to the extent of work in the contract.
- An overview of the company's history, organisation and ownership, as well as a description of the current company.
- A short description of the general quality assurance system that the supplier will use in connection with implementation of the contract.
Sub suppliers:
If sub suppliers are involved, the tenderer shall enclose a description of these with the following information:
- Name and address.
- Degree of liability and roles in the relationship.
- The formality of the relationship.
If the tenderer choose to change sub supplier, an immediate notification of this shall be given the Awarding Authority.
The Awarding Authority reserves the right to deny approval of any sup supplier if justifiable basis for this is present.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: 1) The supplier shall have sufficient implementation ability.
