The contract shall start as agreed with Atlanterhavstunnelen AS and it shall last for 3 years, with an option for a furhter one year (4 years).

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
-The company's last annual report to the Brønnøysund Register Centre and recent information of relevance to the company's accounting figures.
-Statement of the company's turnover in recent years that is of importance for this contract.
The accounts and annual reports for 2010, 2011, 2012 (the provisional accounts can be enclosed if the final accounts for 2012 are not ready)
and/or
-Credit rating, not older than 6 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a certified credit rating institution, for example AAA Soliditet.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
- Account of the company's quality assurance/control system.
- An overview of the company's manpower.
- Manpower for this assignment (organisation plan) with the names and CVs of key persons who shall carry out the assignment.
- An overview of the company's most important relevant contracts in the last 3 years.
