The tender involves procurement of 1 machine for automated preparation of fluid based cytology with required reagents/consumables. The products shall be delivered to Molde hospital. The Awarding Authority shall enter into a 3 year framework agreement with option for further 4 years prolongation (1 year + 1 year + 1 year + 1 year).
Total effective life is estimated to 7 years. The framework agreement shall include reagents/consumables required for sampling, fixing and preparing.
The Awarding Authority requests a priced option for Ålesund hospital. This option is not included in the assessment. Incidentally the delivery shall include all components/accessories, assembly/installation and completion in such a way that the system function as a whole based on the described requests and requirements.
The contract includes required training of all personnel employed in the units involved in the delivery. The tender also includes service and maintenance agreements where it is vital to concretise the requirement for service and maintenance as well as clarify the expected annual operating costs subsequent to the guarantee period. Relevant technical courses are also included.
