HiOA shall enter into a contract with a service provider. The contract's value is estimated to be between 4 500 000 to 6 000 000 NOK excluding VAT in a 4 year period. The amount is to be seen as a guideline and is based on historical figures. This amount shall not be binding for HiOA nor give the service provider any rights. The service volume is subject to changes resulting from variations in the university college's needs from year to year.
The contract is for 2 years from when it is signed. HiOA shall have an option to extend the contract on the same terms for 1+1 years, so that the contract can run for a maximum of 4 years.
