Møre og Romsdal county shall, on behalf of itself and Sør-Trøndelag county (STFK), hold a competition for printing and distributin voting slips for the Norwegian parliament election 2013.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
1) Company registration certificate;
2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement);
3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
Tenderers shall work systematically to fufil the requirements in the health, environment and safety law.
All employees shall have equal wage terms.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling: Tenderers must document the financial ability to fulfil the contract.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Documentation shall be presented of the financial ability to fulfil the contract, e.g. a credit rating, not older than 1 year based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution.

Tenderers must have a well functioning quality assurance system.
Møre og Romsdal county has a focus on the environment and is Miljøfytårn certified. Suppliers must therefore give information on environmnet measures in the company.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Give an orientation on existing environment measures that the supplier has for his activities, or any planned environment measures and any certifications.
