2013/1396 - Automatic machines, counter units, burglar proofing exits and RFID-chips for libraries

HiOA shall enter into a contract with a supplier for self-service machines, counter units, automatic machines for returning books, shelf readers, RFID-chips and burglar proofing exits. HiOA shall procure one automatic machine for returning books, three self-service machines, nine counter units, two shelf reader, 75000 RFID-chips and burglar proofing for four exits. Further more HiOA shall have an opiton for four self-service machines, seven counter units, two shelf readers, 60000 RFID-chips and burglar proofing for four exits. The equipment must communicate with Bibsys.

1. An option for a further one self-service machine for the library at Kjeller study place.

2. An option for the library in P48 for the following: Approx. 30000 RFID-chips in accordance with the current standard for all library material, three exits shall be burglar proofed and 2 self-service machnies, 4 counter units and 1 shelf reader shall be procured.

3. An option for the library in P35 for the following: Approx. 30000 RFID-chips in accordance with the current standard for all library material, on exit shall be burglar proofed and 1 self-service machine, 3 counter units and 1 shelf reader shall be purchased.

The options are included in the description in II.1.5 and included in II.2.1.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

1. A VAT certificate is required, not older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.

2. A tax certificate is required, not older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.

3. A self-declaration that the supplier fulfils the legal requirements in Norway within health, environment and safety (HSE) is required.

4. A good ability to fulfil the contract is required.

5. A description is required of how the supplier is organised for the fulfilment of this assignment.

6. A description is reqiured of the general quality assurance system that the supplier will use for the fulfilment of the assignment and any documentation of relevant certification.

7. Good experience is required from equivalent deliveries. I.e. 3 relevant references are required of which one must have involved the delivery of an automatic machine for returning books that works with the Bibsys system.
