2013/12 Evaluation of the consultancy service in primary and secondary education

The three counties Møre og Romsdal (MRfk), Sør-Trøndelang (STfk) and Nord-Trøndelag (NTfk) shall carry out a thorough, research based evaluation of the consultancy service in primary and secondary education in the 3 counties. The purpose of the project is to have a research based background for working out a future orientated strategy for the consultancy service in the three counties. The results from the survey shall also form the basis for continued policy design in order to ensure the basis for cooperation, quality and access to educational and occupational guidance/career guideance for all inhabitents through various life phases locally, regionally and nationally.

The project will be administered through an assignment where the 3 contract parties are jointly responsible for the procurement. This relationship is regulated in a separate cooperation contract between the 3 counties. The Directorate of Education and VOX are financial contributors and participate in the project. The 2 parties shall have full insight and access to the research results and can freely use them for designing national policy. The counties' three highest managers within education are the steering committee for the project. (NT Ref:288761)
