4.1 Extent
The tender is for the procurement of 2 autoclaves placed in the sterile centre at Kristiansund hospital that shall be used for sterilisation of, amongst other things, surgical equipment. The autoclaves shall be of the through type, i.e. with loading and unloading sides respectively, furthermore the autoclaves shall be equipped with a separate steam generator plant for each of the autoclaves.
The autoclaves shall have a manual loading system and an automatic unloading system, so that the tender is also for the procurement of 2 rising/lowering loading trolleys, 2 receiving tables on the unloading side.
Kristiandsund hospital will carry out the necessary constructional changes itself when the selected tenderer in accordance with point 4.2 has concretised his constructional requirements. Furthermore, Kristiansund hospital will provide the correctly dimensioned electricity, water, sewage and other necessary technical infrastructure right up to the equipment, this will also be based on a description from the selected tenderer. The hospital will see to network water for cooling and RO treated water for use in the steam process. (The autoclaves shall be connected to the hospital's RO installation).
Otherwise the delivery shall include all components/accessories and assembly/installation and commissioning in such a way that it functions as a whole based on described the needs and requirements.
Tenderers must calculate in their price offer for installation (take into consideration) that parts of the work can be carried out after 16:00 or at weekends, this is due to alteration works and the running of the department where the autoclaves shall be assembled.
The necessary operational related training for all personnel who work in the affected units must be included. Service and maintenance training for the hospital's technical personnel. Two persons from the users and two persons from the service personnel must in addition be trained as "super users".
The tender is also to include service and maintenance contracts with a central part being to concretise the need for service and maintenance, as well as to clarify what annual running costs can normally be expected after the guarantee period expires.
