K 01 Tax certificate – Requirement: Tenderers must have submitted their tax assessments and paid their tax and payroll tax. Documented by: Tax certificate. The certificate shall not be older than six months calculated from the deadine for receipt of tenders/applications. If a tenderer plans to use sub suppliers, a tax certificate must also be enclosed for them.

K 02 VAT certificate – Requirement: Tenderers must have submitted their tax assessment and paid their VAT. Documented by: VAT certificate. The certificate shall not be older than six months calculated from the deadine for receipt of tenders/applications. Any arrears or other breaches must be justified. If a tenderer plans to use sub suppliers, a VAT certificate must also be enclosed for them.

K 03 HSE self-declaration – Requirement: Tenderers shall state that the company systematically works to fulfil the requirements in the health, environment and safety law and that they fulfil the internal control regulations. Furthermore, tenderers shall confirm that the company is legally organised as regards the current tax and working environment rules for employees' professional and social rights, and they shall accept that the awarding authority has the right to carry out and verify the company's system for health, environment and safety. Documented by: A signed HSE self-declaration.

K 04 Company registration certificate – Requirement: Tenderers shall be a legally established company. Documented by: Company registration certificate or equivalent from the applicant's home country.

K 05 Suppliers shall have an environmental focus that shows that the supplier is concerned about the outer environment. Tenderers are to enclose certificates or their internal policy that documents concern about the environment.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

K 06 The awarding authority shall have satisfactory finances to handle the contract with Nordland Hospital. This is to be documented by the last annual settlement/annual report as well as a signed auditor's statement.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

K 07 Tenderers shall enclose a description of the quality assurance system that the tenderer has and that shall be used to quality assure this framework agreement, for example, an ISO certificate.
