The University of Oslo (UiO) is the country's largest and most traditional institution for higher education. UiO shall carry out comprehensive upgrades to parts of Niels Henrik Abels hus at Blindern. The works are organised as joint contracts with the construction contractor being the administrating joint contractor. The technical joint contracts are for plumbing, ventilation and electrotechnical works. There will also be a separate fittings contract.
This contract is for technical ventilation works.
A site survey will be held:

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established

(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement)

(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement)

(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)

Foreign oontractors must enclose certificates from their countries that prove that taxes have been paid. If the authorities in the relevant country do not issue such certificates, the contractor shall enclose a statement stating that all taxes have been paid. The statement shall be certified and signed by the contractor's finance director/finance manager.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder: 1) Contractors shall have sufficient financial strength to fulfil the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past five years, with the values, dates and recipients (for works contracts)

(2) Other documentation required (please state below)

1) A short and general description of the company shall be given, including:

- An account of the company's business idea and core competence related to the extent of work in the contract.

- An overview of the company's history, organisation and ownership, as well as a description of the current company.

- A short description of the general quality assurance system that the contractor will use for the contract.

Cooperation partners/sub suppliers:

The following shall be enclosed if cooperation constellations and sub suppliers are used:

- Name, address and organisation number of sub suppliers. The awarding authority reserves the right to approve/reject sub suppliers.

- Description of which parts of the assignment for service contracts shall be carried out by sub suppliers.

- A binding statement, cooperation contract or equivalent formal documentation showing that the contractor can actually use the necessary resources at the stated sub suppliers.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

1) Contractors shall have sufficient ability to fulfil the contract

2) Contractors shall have good experience from relevant assignments and certification in a minimum of development class 2 for technical ventilation works.
