17-BYM-2013 Upgrading of Bogstadveien, stage 2

The assignment comprises the redevelopment of approx. 500 meters of street. The entire street width, between facades, with parking spaces and tram tracks, will be rebuilt for the entire length of the street. In addition a track arrangement with two switches at the intersection Bogstadveien/Holtegata and approx. 50 meter of track in Holtegata will be rebuilt. A new tram stop will be established, and pavements along the street will be rebuilt with new curbs, granite coating and snow melting installations.
Also included in the contract is replacement of water and sewage lines on part of the route. In addition, the current street lighting shall be upgraded on an extended stretch from Parkveien to Sorgenfrigata, and two traffic light systems at the junction of Holtegata of Industrigata shall be replaced with new.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement)
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement)
- Supplier's payment of taxes and VAT shall be in order
- Supplier shall submit an HSE self-declaration (See attachment 5)
- Supplier shall be a legally established company
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
- Credit evaluation/rating, no older than 6 months measured from the deadline for submission of tender, and based upon the last known figures. A rating shall be issued by an approved credit reference institution/rating agency.
- The company's latest annual accounts including notes, director's report and auditor's report including any further information which is relevant to the company's accounts.
Award authority reserves the right to obtain a credit reference/rating from an approved rating agency and place emphasis upon this when considering whether the requirement is met.
If, for valid reasons, the supplier cannot submit the documentation requested by the Award authority, he may prove his economic and financial standing by any other document which the Award authority can accept.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
- Supplier shall have good liquidity/solidity
- Supplier shall have the economic capacity to undertake the assignment/contract
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past five years, with the values, dates and recipients (for works contracts)
(2) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
- The Award authority assumes that it will be clearly stated who holds responsibility for the overall management, construction site management, SHA, KS, CM, purchasing/finance, progress planning and follow-up.
- CVs of key personnel with an overview of education, work experience and references must be submitted. The Award authority reserves the right to contact the references provided.
- Details of how the provider intends to complete the assignment within the allotted time, especially with regard to the protection of the access points for all blocks of flats and commercial premises, protection of pedestrians, and conversion/signs for a safe traffic flow.
