Oslo kommune

Work is being carried out for the implementation of methodology for investment processes in the Bymiljøetaten. There remains some work on further development of the system, which will be implemented throughout the organisation. In this connection, we need two consultants to assist with the methodology for the preparation of regulatory documents/KS 2, and to prepare regulatory documents in collaboration with internal project managers.
Award authority requests tenders for consultants who shall carry out the following work:
- Assist in the development of the system for investment processes internally in the Bymiljøetaten
- Assist in developing the tools and support to help the execution of policy documents and internal quality assurance
- Assist with training and guidance in the preparation of policy documents and internal quality assurance (KS1 and KS2)
- Assist in training and supervision, general project management
- Take responsibility for own projects - preparation of regulatory documents in conjunction with the internal project manager
- Assist in further development of templates, routine descriptions and guidelines for implementation of processes
- Other tasks in the Investment Department including taking minutes and chairing processes and meetings
The consultants will also be assigned other duties in the Investment Department when needed.

This is a one year contract starting as soon as possible after the contract is signed.

For this contract the award authority has a unilateral right to extend the contract for one additional year under the same conditions.
