A new addition shall be constructed with an expected gross area of 900 m2. The construction schedule is dated 06.12.2012 and describes a new building area for a canteen with capacity of approx. 230 people, including kitchen and associated premises as well as auditorium with a capacity of 150 people.
The Awarding Authority intends to implement the project as an engineering, procurement and construction project. See further information in points 3.5 and 3.6 in the tender documents/tender invitation

2.01 The service provider's financial and economic position:
The service provider shall have the financial and economic capacity required in connection with delivery.
The documentation requirement is given in point 2.01.01.
2.02 Arrears on taxes and excises:
The service provider shall not have arrears on taxes and excises unless the service provider has entered into an instalment agreement with the tax and excise authorities.
Documentation requirements are stated in point 2.02.01.

3.01 The service provider's professional qualifications:
The service provider must have resources in own company or have resources at disposal with the education and professional experience for execution and control required for the main professional area.
The following main professional areas shall be documented: Architect (ARK), Interior decorator (IARK), Landscape architect (LARK), Consulting engineer Geotechnics (RIG), Consulting engineer construction works for buildings (RIB), Consulting engineer Fire-proofing (RIBR), Consulting engineer Acoustics (RIAK), Consulting engineer HVAC (RIV), Consulting engineer Electrical installations (RIE), Safety, health and work environment coordinator.

3.02 The service provider's principal executed services within the professional discipline:
The companies who represents the disciplines Architect (ARK), Consulting engineer construction works for buildings (RIB), Consulting engineer HVAC (RIV), and Consulting engineer Electrical installations (RIE) shall during the previous five years have executed minimum one project of equivalent extent and with a total contract cost of 20 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT and with complexity as an upper secondary school. The project shall have been included engineering design until and including completion.

The service provider shall have minimum 3 employees in the work force and minimum 2 employees in the administration.
