13004 Ski upper secondary school, indoor climate - engineering, procurement and construction

The oldest section of Ski upper secondary school, put to use in 1968, shall be upgraded with a new ventilation system and new heating distribution. The school shall be in full operation during the construction period. The works shall be executed in 2 stages; see the contractual regulations' point 0.5.2.33. Stage 1 includes a new ventilation system on the roof as well as works in the first and second floors. Stage 2 includes a new generator in the existing ventilation room in the basement and ventilation in the basement and ground floor. Necessary connection of water borne heating and power from the basement shall be executed in connection with stage 1. See the tender documents' book 0 for further details.

Site inspection will be held 2.7.2013 at 09:00 hours. Meet at Ski videregående skole (upper secondary school). The period which the tenderer is bound to keep open his tender: 7.11.2013 at 24:00 hrs. See point 0.4.2 in Book 0 for further details of the above described and delivery of tender. Annex 0.6.12 is enclosed this tender notice even though the reference to this annex unfortunately has been erased the table of contents in Book 0 (NT Ref:297194).

Point 3.01: The contractor must have human resources in own company or have access to resources with education and professional experience for execution and control required by the project's main discipline areas.
The following main discipline areas shall be substantiated: Consultant construction works for building; Consultant HVAC and sanitation; Consultant electrical installations: Fire alarm, emergency light and leading system; Electrician; Sanitary, heating and extinguishing installations; Ventilation and indoor climate installations; Load bearing metal and concrete structures.

Point 3.02: The contractor shall during the previous 5 years have executed minimum one project of equivalent extent with a contract value of minimum 30 000 000 NOK excluding VAT, with complexity such as indoor climate project and where the building is in operation during the construction period.
