The objective of the acquisition is to enter into an agreement for the purchase of technical and mercantile consultancy and project management services, including marketing and negotiation expertise related to the specification of needs, requirement specifications and the negotiations of new lease agreements for The Norwegian Medicines Agency, hereafter referred to as the Awarding Authority. The Awarding Authority currently has their offices located at Sven Oftedalsvei 6-8 in Oslo. The current lease agreement expires on the 31.12.2016. In connection with this, there shall be established a new lease agreement for approx. 250 employees for the Awarding Authority, with primarily ordinary office facilities as well as laboratories and animal research facilities.
