The framework agreements shall, on the basis of the subsequent competition, meet award authority's requirements to locking systems, incl. related components for assembly, as well as maintenance and repairs of these, for the foreign service's premises. At the Foreign Ministry's premises in Oslo we uphold the physical protection of Government Administration Services and other agreements.
The tender shall comprise both mechanical and electronic locking systems where the mechanical systems will form the main part of expected call-offs. The agreement places great requirements on assortment and ability to deliver. The goods shall be delivered to the designated address in Oslo, and it is the responsibility of the Foreign Ministry itself to get the goods shipped out of the country and to arrange installation of the goods.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(2) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
Tenderer must meet requirements for good conduct in accordance with FOA § 11-10 (1) e Completed and signed self-declaration, cf. Appendix 1a or 1b, shall be enclosed with the qualification application.

A certificate from a recognised credit evaluation agency that provides credit evaluation of tenderer.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts)
(2) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
A list of tenderers deliveries in the past 3 years, of relevance to this assignment, with award authorities names, value of the assignments, dates and references.
It must also be stated what is included and what role the supplier had in the delivery.
Overview of the company's total staff and a description of the technical personnel available to tenderer for the fulfillment of the contract, whether they belong to the company or not.
A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
If tenderer is an importer or manufacturer, a copy of membership certificate shall be attached to the qualification application. If tenderer is not an importer or manufacturer this must be explicitly stated.
