12019 Bjørgvin youth unit engineering K 201 rebuilding
Statsbygg Hovedkontor
Statsbygg has been commissioned by the Kriminalomsorgens sentrale forvaltning (KSF) to establish a youth unit for four people in the E-building at Bjørgvin prison. The E-building, which is approx. 1700-1800 m² BTA, shall be fully rehabilitated, addition of newer insulation and reconstructed inside and out, further shall new conduits be established for the technical systems and a new outdoor area shall be established. The youth unit will be established within the existing facades / areas and within the physical limits of the existing building.
The project will be implemented as a engineering contract for the / detail design before rebuilding. Statsbygg will engage an external construction manager / builder representative who will follow up with the project.

An Information Meeting will be held and inspection for all bidders on the 19.4.2013 at 12:00 at Olav Bjordal vei 63, 5111 Breistein, Norway. Bidders are to meet outside the gate.
Bidders who would like to attend the inspection must register through Stefan Sjøholt-Hawkins (steh@statsbygg.no) no later than Friday the 17.4.2013 at 12.00
The purpose of the inspection is to identify and clarify any ambiguities in the tender documents and otherwise make any clarification of the assignment.
