AS Vinmonopolet

AS Vinmonopolet (the Norwegian Wine and Spirits Monopoly), henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, requests tenders involving a framework agreement for delivery of steel furnishing and assembly in the Awarding Authority's self-service shops in accordance with the attached requirement specification, annex 2. The Awarding Authority intends to establish between 5-7 new shops per annum during the period 2013-2017. The shops are expected to be in the size categories 2 and 3. Moreover, annual replacement of furnishing in approx. 14 shops in the categories 4-6, and relocation of 5-6 stores per annum in categories 3-6.

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

Documentation - verification that the listed requirements are fulfilled:
- Credit appraisal/rating not older than 3 months based on the most recent known accounting figures.
The credit appraisal shall be so-called rating (contain credit rating, partial assessment and historical rating) and shall be conducted by a publicly approved credit rating agency (e.g. Dun & Bradstreet, Creditinform, Lindorf or equivalent institutions).

If the supplier has valid reason for not presenting the requested documentation the supplier can substantiate the economic and financial position with any document acceptable for the Awarding Authority. If the supplier has such valid reason, the supplier shall address the Awarding Authority in writing in order to clarify what other documentation is acceptable.
