111-BYM-2013 Framework agreement, project manamagement

In order to ensure the Awarding Authority's ability to implement projects, the Awarding Authority requires, on short notice, project management services for investments project and other projects related to the activities.
The framework agreement will be utilised when the Awarding Authority's employees lack capacity to manage project assignments under the Awarding Authority's responsibility. The objective is to enter into a framework agreement which saves time for the Awarding Authority to hire project managers with sufficient competence when requirements for external help occur.
The Awarding Authority's projects and organisation of these are further described in the enclosed requirement specification. The Awarding Authority has approx. 300 active projects which spans from concept evaluations to completed buildings or plants.
The investment budget for 2013 is approx. 1 300 000 000 NOK. The investment budgets are at all time dependent on annual allocations and may vary in total volume during the agreement period. The estimated value of the framework agreement is 100 000 000 NOK, including options.
The estimated value is not binding for the Awarding Authority as the extent is dependent on annual budgets and political ranking of priorities
