The agreement shall cover Oslo municipality's Agency for Water and Sewage, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authorty, total requireemnt for craftsman services. The assignment includes i.a. mainteance and necessary upgrading of the properties. The agreement shall i.a.cover the following disciplines: carpenter,plumber, electrician, painter and bricklayer, tinsmith, concrete works, glazier, ventilation and steel works.

In order to register for participation in the tender contest, download qualification documents and receive additional information, the tenderers are asked to visit Oslo municipality's procurement portal: https://tjenester.oslo.kommune.no/ekstern/anskaffelser/konkurranser.htm The Awarding Authority will use the Oslo municipality's procurement portal in connection with administration of the tender contest until the deadline for receipt of requests to participate. This may for instance involve corrections of the tender notice and/or the tender documents, including alterations of the deadline for receipt of tenders and answers to questions from tenderers. The tenderers who are downloading the qualification documents from Oslo municipality's procurement portal will automatically receive notification of additional information by e-mails from the Awarding Authority. Tenderers obtaining qualification documents from other sources than the portal will not receive notifications regarding additional information and must get access to this information individually. It is therefore required that all tenderers download the documents from the portal. In order to get access to information, the tenderers must be registered as applicants. This registration is free of charge. All documents in connection with this contest will be available at the portal (NT Ref:303994).

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Declaration of the company's participation in a publicly verified apprentice scheme(s) relevant to the contract.

(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).

(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).

(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

— The company's most recent annual accounts including notes, the board's and the auditor's reports as well as the latest information with relevance to the company's accounting figures.

and

— Credit appraisal/rating, not older than 3 months. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly approved credit rating agency and be based on the most recent know credit figures.

The tenderer shall have sufficient financial capacity to implement the assignment/comply with the contractual obligations.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— List of references which show relevant assignment in all disciplines for the previous 2 years.

The following information shall be given: name of awarding authority, complexity, value and date of execution.

— The tenderer shall give statement of the quality assurances system used in connection with relevant contract works. The statement shall describe the system's main elements for this contract and provide an overview (table of contents) which shows the system as a whole.

If the tenderer's quality assurance system is certified in accordance with ISO9001 or other standards, it is sufficient to present certificate thereof.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

— The tenderer shall be well experienced with implementation of equivalent assignment.

— The tenderer shall have a good and efficient quality assurance for the requested services.
