Helse Møre og Romsdal HF
a) Purpose:
The acquisition applies for the purchase of transport of patients who, due to health reasons, cannot use scheduled transport, as well as patient transport on stretches where there is no such transport. For this reason it shall be required with standard 5 seated vehicles or minibuses and vehicles that are specially adapted for wheelchair users.
The acquisition shall contribute to that the Awarding Authority shall be able to fulfil obligations in accordance with the Patient and User Rights Act § 2-6, "Right to transportation".
b) Scope/assignment
The service provider shall cover all needs for the following patient transport:
— Transport within the offered municipality in Møre og Romsdal.
— Transport out of the offered municipality in Møre og Romsdal.
The delivery connected to this tender includes the following municipalities:
Aukra, Aure, Averøy, Eide, Fræna, Gjemnes, Halsa, Haram, Hareid, Herøy, Kristiansund, Midsund, Molde, Nesset, Norddal, Rauma, Rindal, Sande, Sandøy, Skodje, Smøla, Stranda, Sunndal, Surnadal, Sykkylven, Tingvoll, Ulstein, Vanylven, Vestnes, Volda and Ørsta.
