Oslo municipality c/o the Waste Department shall, by the end of 2014 establish a new recycling station at Ullernchaussen 26, 0379 Oslo, Norway. The site will consist of a large, open hall of approx. 5500m2 ground floor area with an operating area on one level and a public area on another. The connected hall shall have a workshop/administration building over four floors. In addition the outside areas shall be developed with drives, green areas and noise reduction mounds/screens. The total area is 12750 m gross. The hall is to be constructed with covers cast on site and with a steel and concrete supporting structure. The project also includes blasting a rock cutting (approx. 16500 m) and stabilising the ground with piles. The project shall be carried out as a general contract, with Longva Arkitekter AS being responsible for the engineering design services and the responsible applicant.

— The contractor shall have the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Overview of the company's total manpower
(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past five years, with the values, dates and recipients (for works contracts)
(3) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(4) Other documentation required (please state below)
-Description of the contractor's manpower. An organisation map shall be enclosed.
-The contractor's most important contracts in the ast 5 years including their value, date and recipinet/awarding authority. Only relevant contracts shall be listed.
-An account of the quality assurance system and a description of how the quality assurance will be carried out for this assignment.
-The contractor is required to have relevant central certification or the contractor is required to have this competence so that local certification will be given for the start of the works.
-Copy of central certification or other documentation that documents competence.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
— A good ability to fulfil the contract is required.
— Experience is required from equivalent contracts, i.e. the role of general contractor in projects with an equivalent extent and complexity.
— A good and well functioning quality assurance system is required.
— The contract requires the right to be responsible in accordance with the Planning and Building Act dated 27.6.2008, cf. FOR-2010-03-26-488, regulations on building matters (SAK10).
The following functions are relevant for this project:
— Overal responsibility for execution, development class 3.
