Norsk Tipping AS

Norsk Tipping requires window cleaning, external and internal, as well as cleaning services. There is also a need for cleaning wall to wall carpets, as well as cleaning meeting room chairs and office chairs. Norsk Tipping has more than 500 m2 parquet flooring that shall be polished and oiled.
Daily cleaning is currently carried out by Norsk Tipping’s own cleaning personnel. Norsk Tipping would like tenders for cleaning that is in addition to the daily cleaning need.
The assignment is divided into 3 tender areas, tenders can be given for parts or all of the tender areas.
Tender area 1, window cleaning.
As regards window cleaning, Norsk Tipping would like fixed prices for:
— cleaning windows, external and internal, once a year. The work also includes cleaning weather bars and window frames,
— cleaning external venetian blinds once a year. This shall be carried out in the spring,
— cleaning internal glass panels (that separate offices and corridors) once a year,
— in between polishing of windows in the canteen and the red façade in the reception area. This shall be carried out in the spring before the annual meeting.
The work shall be carried out in Norsk Tipping’s premises in Hamar. Norsk Tipping’s building is 19 000 m2. Lift hire shall be included in the tender.
Option: Cleaning.
Norsk Tipping would like hourly rates for cleaning as needed. This includes:
— cleaning walls and ceilings,
— cleaning after alterations to the premises,
— cleaning Norsk Tipping’s log cabins once a year. This is primarily for the log cabins in Trysil and Sjusjøen. Alternatively tenders are wanted for cleaning the two log cabins at Holtefjell, between Sandefjord and Tønsberg.
Tender area 2, cleaning wall to wall carpets and chairs (office chairs and meeting room chairs).
Norsk Tipping’s building has approx. 5 400 m2 wall to wall carpets that shall be cleaned once a year.
We would like fixed priced tenders for:
— cleaning wall to wall carpets. State the price per square metre,
— impregnation of carpets so that the carpets have a longer lifetime,
— cleaning office chairs and meeting room chairs.
The furniture will be left in the areas where the carpets shall be cleaned. We would like the cleaning of wall to wall carpets in the various areas to be divided up and carried out at different times of the year.
Cleaning detergents or equipment that damages the surface treatment must not be used. Tenderers must account for the methods, equipment and detergents that will be used. Norsk Tipping requires environment documentation/data sheet for all the cleaning detergents and equipment that shall be used.
Tender area 3, polishing and oiling parquet flooring.
Norsk Tipping’s building has approx. 500 m2 parquet flooring that shall be oiled as needed and polished when necessary. Experience has shown that the polishing will be required once a year, whilst oiling is to be carried out a minimum of once a year.
