Sandnes, Stavanger and Sola municipalities invite companies to a competition for the delivery of pipes and pipe parts in PVC and cast iron.
The aim of the competition is to enter into a framework agreement for 2 - two - years from the contract date. The municipalities shall have an option for a contract extension for a further 1+1 year.

Sandnes municipality purchases water and sewage pipes and parts for approx. 6 000 000 NOK per annum.Stavanger municipality, c/o the Water and Sewage Department has an estimated consumption of approx. 680 000 NOK per annum. The Planning and Site Department in Stavanger municipality will not be included in the contract that is signed.Sola municipality’s estimated consumption for water and sewage parts is approx. 1 500 000 NOK per annum.Sola municipality c/o Property has a framework agreement with plumbers for the procurement of HVAC and sanitation parts for plumbing works.The turnover of pipes and pipe parts included in the framework agreement is estimated to have an annual value of 8 180 000 NOK. The total value including the option will then be 32 720 000 NOK.The municipalities reserve the right to withdraw individual projects for separate competitions. The value of such competitions shall however not be above 25 % of the respective municipality’s annual procurement volume. The amounts are guiding and excluding VAT.32 720 000
