The aim is to enter into a framework agreement that covers SSB's need for waste management services in Oslo and in Kongsvinger. SSB will cooperate with service provider(s) who fulfil our requirements for the outer environment, high safety level, simple systems and good finances. SSBw will reduce the total annual amount of waste and share of paper waste as well as residue waste in accordance with SSB's environment certification and action plan for environment management.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (national requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (national requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The awarding authority has requirements for the service provider’s financial and economic position. Good solidity is required to fulfil the assignment.
The service provider (i.e. the company that gives a tender) shall enclose a credit rating from a certified credit institution/company. The credit rating shall be based on the last known accounting figures. The credit rating shall be a so called rating and it shall include a credit rating, part judgement and historical rating.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The credit rating shall not be worse than A (credit worthy) or equivalent if another rating is used (based on numbers). Tenders from service providers with a lower rating than A or equivalent (i.e. not credit worthy or credit worthy with security) will not be assessed.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(2) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy.
(3) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
It is a prerequisite that the service provider has a system for quality assurance, clear ethical guidelines and a thought out environment profile.
Quality assurance and the environment policy are to be documented with relevant certificates or a self-declaration. Ethical guidelines are to be enclosed. Any internet address with a detailed description of the quality assurance system and/or environment management system is to be given.
