IKT Fjellregionen IKS

IKT Fjellregion’s WAN network is currently connected to all entity locations in Folldal, Alvdal, Rendalen, Tynset and Tolga municipalities. The network has a central point in IKT Fjellregion’s data centre, which is currently situated in rented premises at Daldata AS in Tynset. The network is currently a mixture of fibre, ADSL over copper and radio connection.
IKT Fjellregionen IKS intends to enter into a contract for the delivery of:
WAN communication, hire and operation of broad band connection to all entities in the FARTT municipalities.
Internet access, hire and operation of joint internet access including official IP addresses.
SOFIE access for tax collectors.
IBM Host access.
Option:
Reserve Internet access.
Reserve WAN communication (the FARTT municipalities).

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers shall have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the assignment. Documented by an Extended Report from AAA Soliditet. The report shall be dated after the publication date of this notice. If this is not enclosed, confirmation shall be enclosed at Abakus AS has the authority to obtain an extended report from AAA Soliditet and use the information in the report as the basis for assessing the tenderer's economic and financial situation. This will be based on the information on the tender date.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
A credit rating equal to or better than "A" is required to participate in the competition.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Overview of the company's total manpower
(2) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
Tendering companies shall document a minimum of 3 equivalent contracts in the last 3 years. Equivalent contracts means trade application for the municipal sector.
The documentation shall include the name of the awarding authority, extent, content and date of delivery.
Tenderers shall have an environment management system in order to ensure a low impact on the environment when fulfilling the contract. Service provider's shall document an environment management system that as a minimum consists of routines for seeing to the following elements:

—Strategy in the environment field.
A self-declaration can be enclosed that describes how the routines are carried out and how they function. If the routines are described in the company's quality assurance or environment management system in accordance with Miljøfyrtårn, ISO 14001, EMAS or equivalent third party system, it is sufficient to enclose a valid certificate.
